Join us for our 2nd annual caregiver retreat on Friday, September 25th, held at Daycholah Center on beautiful Green Lake!
The caregiver retreat is a one-day getaway for caregivers of any kind: parents, grandparents, respite providers, support persons, and other family members who serve in a caregiving role. The day involves a combination of guided workshops and discussions interspersed with fun activities that help caregivers step away from responsibility and focus on themselves. An optional overnight stay at camp provides a chance to extend time away!
*Childcare is not provided for this event and we kindly ask that this event is adults-only.
Registration opens on Friday, July 17th and closes Thursday, September 10th at 5pm. We are unable to accommodate any late registrations as we have to get final numbers to the venue two weeks in advance.
Registration Fee
General Registration: $150
Optional Add-on: $99 overnight stay
Waiver Funding
Families enrolled in Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver, Children’s Community Options Program (CCOP), IRIS or Family Care may be able to use these funds to pay for registration fees. Please note that not all plans can cover the cost of the overnight accommodations and may need to be paid directly by attendees. Check with your service coordinator for coverage specifications.
Please have your service coordinator fill out the Third Party Payor Form to register with waiver funding.
Confirmation
Upon registering for the caregiver retreat you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that your registration is not automatically confirmed when using CLTS or IRIS/Family Care funds. Registration for this payment method will be confirmed manually and a confirmation email will be sent out after.
