Aspire's caring and experienced therapists listen and take the time to work with you, meeting you where you are, and collaborating on ideas and solutions, to uniquely meet the needs of your child. Each session will be family-focused, including you in each step of the evaluation and therapy process, so that you are equipped to continue progress beyond the session. Best of all we make it fun! We serve in a variety of settings including our clinics, virtually, and at some private schools in the Greater Madison area.
I represent public school and university students in all aspects of education law, guiding families through eligibility determinations, IEP development and placement decisions, and ensuring access to appropriate services and accommodations under IDEA, Section 504, and the ADA. My practice includes handling disputes over evaluations, program implementation, discipline, and transition planning, as well as pursuing compensatory education and reimbursement where a student has been denied a free appropriate public education, FAPE. I advocate in negotiations, mediation, and due process hearings, with a focus on resolving matters efficiently while preserving my clients’ rights and educational outcomes.
